2- Preparation Coverage (of the bride and groom),
3- Ceremony Coverage,
4- Party Coverage.
You can find more details in the “Frequently Asked Questions.”

› You can choose from all the stages and configure them according to your schedule. These jobs typically require a discussion with the client to define all the details.

› A full wedding job has an average price of US$1,100, broken down as follows:
1- Portrait Session: 2 hours, US$175 per hour, up to 12 photos per hour.
2- Preparation Coverage: 2 hours, US$125 per hour, up to 25 photos/hour.
3- Religious Ceremony Coverage: 2 hours, US$125 per hour, up to 25 photos/hour.

› The best images are definitely obtained during the Portrait Session. During this stage, everything is controlled, and special care is taken to ensure that the poses, lighting, composition, and surroundings enhance the beauty of the quinceañera and convey elegance and joy.

› The photo coverage of the Preparation, Ceremony, and Party are basically group photos, from intimate family moments to formal moments and ending with fun with friends. Planning and preparing these spaces in advance is very important to improve the quality of the photos.

› Some key elements are: the choice of attire, makeup, and setting. Regarding clothing: An outfit should be chosen that reflects the personality of each bride and groom and the style of the photo shoot. Professional makeup can enhance the bride’s natural beauty. The choice of locations is crucial to achieving unique and memorable images. The decoration of the church and the reception venue is also important.

› Hourly planning is important because there is a lot to do, because there are emotions, multiple trips, and many people. The priority is that the bride and groom are relaxed, confident, and well-hydrated. Maintaining a relationship of trust and good communication is key to achieving natural and authentic photos.

› I normally work with a camera, several lenses, a reflector, and a portable flash, primarily using combinations of natural and artificial light. For each hour of the Portrait Session, I will deliver up to 12 photos. For every hour of coverage, I’ll deliver up to 25 photos.

› I typically work without limiting the number of photos I take, but I always deliver a selection of my best photos in digital files.

› I personally perform “Photo Editing” on all the photos I deliver. This editing involves changes to the entire image, such as cropping, adjusting exposure, sharpening, color correction, contrast, and saturation. This work is included in my hourly rate.

› I also personally do “Photo Retouching.” These retouchings involve changes to specific areas within portraits, such as: skin smoothing, removing blemishes, wrinkles, and imperfections, teeth whitening and hair retouching, removing reflections from glasses, enhancing facial features, and removing unwanted elements. This work is included in my hourly rate for the Couple’s Portrait Session.

› I also personally perform “Photo Retouching.” These retouchings involve changes to specific areas within the image, such as: skin smoothing, removing blemishes, wrinkles, and imperfections, teeth whitening and hair retouching, removing reflections from glasses, enhancing facial features, and removing unwanted elements. This work is included in my hourly rate, but the client must request it.

› Some jobs require the addition of “Photo Montages.” These montages involve combining multiple photographs to create a new image, or processing multiple visual elements to achieve a new photographic effect. This work is not included in my hourly rate and will be an additional work requested by the client. These montages require several hours of additional work per image.

› Clients have the option to purchase albums and prints for an additional cost depending on the size, quantity, material type, and framing. › Let me know your needs and you will receive a detailed estimate of my services, contact me at: tulio.sampayo@gmail.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here, portrait photos of the bride and groom are taken. This stage is planned a few days before the religious ceremony because it is a process that takes time and effort. The day of the makeup trial is usually used for the bride to take photos in her attire and in classic and dreamy locations. Sunsets are the best times to conclude the session. The average time for these sessions is 2 hours. Hourly rate: US$175.

Wardrobe changes are usually between 2 and 4. I recommend trying on clothes beforehand and avoiding prints, logos, or brands. I recommend having several accessories, such as: jackets, hats, scarves, glasses, jewelry, etc. Sometimes you may need someone to help you with the changes. The changing time is 3 to 5 minutes; if the time between changes is longer, the session will also be longer.

The photos begin shortly before the ceremony with the arrival of the groom and his family. Then, the wait continues until the bride arrives. The entire religious ceremony is also covered, concluding with blessings and group portraits with the priests, family, and friends. The average time for these sessions is 2 hours. Hourly rate: US$125.

Despite being a long day, this is the time for fun and relaxing photos… it’s time to spend with arriving guests, enjoy dinner, and enjoy dancing. The average time for these sessions is 2 hours or more. Hourly rate: US$125.

Regarding the setting, choose safe and spacious places that complement your style because when you pose, you interact with your surroundings. Weather can affect or postpone a portrait session. Finally, I have the ability to travel wherever required. Travel expenses should be calculated, especially if the distance is significant. Simply set the dates, and I will confirm your reservation.

Yes and No:

Yes, for photo covers, some require more than one photographer. I can add more photographers to your service, or I can work with anyone the client requests. It’s normal for other people to have a camera or cell phone with them and to have the necessary authorization to take photos.

Not for the Portrait Session; at this stage, I’m the only one working.

Everyone can take photos, but they can’t use my equipment. You can hire other photographers who will work with their respective equipment.

No, but I can offer you an independent quote with a professional who will handle the video, or I can also work with whomever the client desires.

Photos taken with natural light can flatter skin tones, while studio lighting can create dramatic effects. The choice between natural and studio lighting depends on the situation, style, and desired look.

Natural light flatters skin tones, is easy to use at home, and can be less overwhelming for children. I typically use a handheld flash to fill in shadows and balance exposure.

Studio lighting is great for creating precise lighting effects, such as dramatic shadows and soft highlights. Studio lights are not ideal for outdoor photography.

The photos you receive are your own. You can print, reproduce, copy, or enlarge as many photos as you like, wherever you want.

I can offer an additional service: printing your images with color management and correction, ensuring the quality of your photos. I have extensive experience in image printing, substrate and material selection, and framing. I can also create and print albums for you.

The equipment I normally use is my Nikon D850 camera with lenses (Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8, Tokina 24-70mm f/2.8, Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8, Nikkor 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6, Vivitar 35mm f/1.4, Sigma Art 50mm f/1.4, Nikkor 55mm f/1.2, Nikkor 85mm f/1.8 and lenses of my own creation). I also use Nikon portable flashes and Alien Bees studio lights. The equipment I use depends on what the photographic coverage requires.

No, I’ll take care of my own stuff. I’ll probably ask for a safe place to store my equipment and help me get power from the walls.

I have the ability to travel wherever needed. Traveling is my other passion, and distance is no obstacle.
